"館内とても清潔でスタッフの方々も感じ良く、また静かで居心地良く滞在することができました。特に大浴場とサウナ、更衣室の清掃が行き届いていて気持ち良く利用させて頂きました。ルーム清掃は2日に1回です。朝食は毎日少しずつメニューが変わり、炊き立ての美味しいお米や新鮮なサラダ、サーモンやチキン、温泉卵や納豆などのタンパク質、数種類のパンや牛乳とコーヒー等、毎朝がとても楽しみでした。今回はアメリカから地元に一時帰国のため、約1週間利用させていただきましたが、次回もぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。フロントの方々、ルーム清掃の方々、美味しい朝食を作ってくださった方々、ありがとうございました。"

"The hotel was conveniently located by the train station and a new grocery store/Daiso. We walked to Aeon mall where we participated in an evacuation drill! We always love visiting Iwaki and this hotel is centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation. A variety of restaurants and izakaya within walking distance. I have stayed at the other location in Izumi and was pleased with that hotel as well. Breakfast buffet is really good. Lots of traveling business people use these hotels but my family of 4 (2 rooms 2 adults 2 kids) felt welcomed and comfortable among the locals too! Thanks Iwaki and thanks Hotel Route Inn!"

"The staff was so accommodating especially when I dont speak Japanese. I arrived early but was able to check in 3 hours early; with a nominal fee. Also, They were able to check my brother in laws reservations. Informed them that His flight was canceled and should be arriving on Friday. Front desk informed me he is checked in another location and will inform them. I was grateful for all their help."
