“It was a pleasant trip”

“Terrible experience. Stay anywhere else if you can. Parking lot was dark, felt very unsafe. Front desk person obviously did not want to be there. Finished their game on their tablet before helping me check in. I believe her name was Rhonda. We got 2 rooms 213 and 201. Room 213 was fine, but extremely dated. Room 201 had cockroaches. We immediately checked out after making other arrangements. I let the front desk person know why we were checking out. She looked surprised but said she would……

“Beds are comfy and the room and bathroom were clean. Property is showing wear and tear in the common areas, elevators, inside the room. Pervasive smell of pot out front, blowing through the lobby, on some guests in the elevator. On multiple days, not a one-off. Terrible coffee in room and in cafe. Wouldn’t stay here again unless it were significantly cheaper. Windows in room don't open so no way to dissipate constant musty smell. Meh.”

“Generally is very good and I would definitely choose to stay here in future. Nonetheless I'd like to bring up two things: 1. No safe in the room. It'd be great if safe is available. 2. On Jun 5 morning, the breakfast was short of meat, omelettes, and yogurt. The juice seemed to be out of order as only water came out of it. If there is a shortage of food or dysfunction of equipment, I suggest that they put a notice so we knew what was going on.”

“I usually book my hotels with cleanliness being a top consideration. This one fit the bill...everything was clean and new looking. Included breakfast was a nice touch, and the hot food portion varied slightly daily. (Eggs, hash browns, pork, bacon, biscuits/gravy etc) Lots of other continental breakfast options. Lots of parking. Only issue but not worth taking away a star for is the shower doors are very hard to open/close...I was in room 417 but assume they are all the same.”
