「This is the best way to do the beach! Comfortable, clean, spacious, well-stocked home in a beautiful area. Only 30 minutes to the beach, but you come home to solitude, peace, and gorgeous sunsets. Excellent communication. Highly recommend!」

「This house was perfect for our family with 3 young children. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The playground across the street is new and the kids loved it. The master bedroom was large enough for us to fit a pack and play. I appreciated the pretty garden and plants around the property and there was a hose outside we used to wash away the sand from the beach. Quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from Wallops, Pocomoke, and Chincoteague. 」

「Beautiful, well decorated space. Nice location, restaurant on the river a quick walk across the street. The only negative for us was that the open ceiling design, while visually interesting, meant that the bedrooms shared an open air ceiling that also opened to the living space, so you need to be extra quiet when a kid is asleep in the morning or if one person is going to bed earlier then the rest. Overall a great place to stay!」

「This is a gorgeous property that has every possible amenity you could imagine. It is a beautiful space in a lovely and surprisingly quietneighborhood on the water with many very pretty homes. Each bedroom is incredibly well proportioned with a very comfortable bed and mattress. Giant windows afford lots of light and an outdoor feel. Certainly there is room for six people, but each person can have their own space to relax, enjoy their own space and feel like they are vacationing in a relaxed...

「All of my critiques are first world problems and not worth mentioning. Great place. Great view. Great location. Friendly neighbors. Nicely located about halfway between VA and MD assateague island. If you have a mobile infant/toddler, a pack and play blocks the spiral staircase perfectly. Will be staying again. 」

「Camper slept very comfortably, adequately stocked and well-maintained. I appreciated the electrical and instant hot water upgrades to the camper. Dennis was very accomodating and offered us firewood and tomatoes. Anytime I had a question, he responded immediately. Excellent communication. We hope to visit again!」

「Place was amazing. Hosts were easy to contact and get ahold of. In a quiet area and easily accessible. 」

「The AC unit went up right before we arrived. The property owners went out and got us window units right away, and the house stayed cool for us the entire time. We were very grateful they were so willing to help us out in this situation. Thank you!」

「Had an enjoyable 4 night stay in this camper with my son. Great communication with property manager who was quick to respond to all of our questions. There are pillows but no sheets, blankets or towels provided. Check-in procedure could be more clearly explained as well as the process for gate access. But overall great place. Will definitely come back. 」
