「Breakfast was great a lot of good choices. The staff was exceptionally nice.」

「The big problem I had was the HVAC in the room. The thermostat on wall did not work, however, the unit worked and it was not cooling enough. The way the furniture was set up had the air conditioning unit aimed up under the furniture and it would not circulate through the room. So, no air moving. Room just needs to be thought out better.」

「The pool closed and never reopened.」

「Impossible to get in the pool. The room has lots of things that need fixing The location was great if you like shopping. Would never ever stay there again.」

「Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Food was delicious. Lack of soap was replaced by body lotion for had washing. Air vent in bathroom was held in by only one screw and left a space large enough for any critter of rat size to come through. No critters were actually spotted.」

「All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Poorly designed toilet paper holder was a bit frustrating as the tube kept getting hung up on the two prongs and would cease to turn until being centered again between the two prongs, only to slightly shift again requiring yet another realignment. The two chairs in the room (one a rolling desk chair and the other one a causal chair) were very uncomfortable. The seats in both were very hard and sitting in either one...
