Right off the Kitchen is a sliding glass door out to the outside deck where you can enjoy outdoor dining at the 8-person patio table. There’s also an outdoor shower and an expansive yard for sunbathing, game-playing, and just plain lounging. The fenced back yard is nicely landscaped with a lovely lawn and a variety of shrubs and grasses in well-manicured beds.

This unit absolutely has the look and feel of a detached single-family home. There is a very-well insulated common wall between the two units along which are oriented the laundry rooms and bathrooms; no bedrooms or living areas lie along the common wall.
