Very cozy comfortable hotel!!

It was pretty quiet while we were there so the breakfast was grab and go and the restaurants were closed but everything else about the hotel and the area were great. We had a lovely room - the location is perfect and there was enough going on in the town. Shame about the rain Late November

Everything was great! There are 2 things that would greatly improve The Franklin Hitel experience.The front door was broken and you could not enter through it. Side door code was used. The house is well maintained. Check-in was very easy. The house is located in the woods in a bit of a labyrinth of small roads. The kitchen facilities were great. Everything about our stay was excellent. The house was perfectly located, so clean and comfortable. Host went above and beyond making sure we had all that we needed, we will definitely be back!

Great family friendly home with lots of living space and activities such as tennis, pickle ball, ping pong, and games all on the property. My family of 10, inclusive of 4 grandchildren had an awesome time.
