「The room was stale smelling, the bathroom sink and toilet was clogged. When I brought it to the staff’s attention he told me to go to the community bathroom, get a plunger and plunge the toilet myself. The front desk told me to keep the plunger in my room for the duration of my stay because he knew it would happen again and he would be up later to drop me off a zip it tool so I could snake and unclog the sink myself! The shower diverter didn’t operate correctly, and the ironing board was...

「This place was better than I expected. Loved over look and scenic look of the pool and hot tub. 」

「The room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Great location. Breakfast was good/decent. We were there for just one night, and spent just sleep time & breakfast there, but, for our purposes - it was terrific. Price was great, service, staff, location, etc. were all more than expected! I would recommend. (We did not use the pool, so no idea)」

「Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.」
