“How this hotel got almost almost 8.0 rating is crazy to me. The room we stayed in looked like someone had kicked in the bathroom door - the wood around the frame was splintered and held on with screws. There was no secondary lock on the main door. These are minor repairs that cost very little money that would improve the room dramatically, yet they chose not to do them. I would never stay there again or recommend them.”

“The pool wasn’t heated for our stay in March, which we had planned to use. One of the main reasons for booking. We have stayed here before, and The forgot to mention, we didn’t want a room over the roof and outside air conditioning unit. So it was noisy! On Monday morning, there was a lady with 4 boys who came in from outside and over took the breakfast, piling food and breakfast sandwiches on extra plates. She completely wiped out some food stations with extra plates. When they finished……

“This is a unique property hidden in an area of North West Houston. Clearly an event venue that is also a BnB. I did not eat at the restaurant and just had an overnight stay but the staff was lovely and the room was clean. The only hiccup was upon returning to the venue at 11:30pm all gates were closed and I had to call the website number to have security open the gate for me. I had been told two gates would be open but none were. I was glad the staff answered because it is not a traditional……

“It's fine for a night, but I thought the mattresses were too hard. My back was very sore in the morning.”

“Staff was wonderful! Rooms are big and beds comfortable. Ice makers didn't work and there are no microwaves or refrigerators in rooms, but other than that great. Great choice when on budget. Paroled frequently by police so you feel safe.”

“This property is not business friendly. The wi-fi band is too weak to run the TV's better yet your lap top. The walls and floors are so thin the tenant under our room was complaining about my 2 year old daughter walking across the floor. This whole place sucks for the money they charge per room.”

“Nope not even a roll the mower is so rude we stayed there a few nights and. My truck broken down she would not let me work on it I had to! Push it down the street so I could get fix it there then she called the police on us for having my truck there ... She really needs Jesus .. never again. We will not come close to her place ”
