“Clean, quiet, and friendly, with comfortable mattresses and plenty of parking for our trailer. The owners and staff warmly welcomed us back for our second stay, and one staff member even offered to bake us cookies! Breakfast was plentiful and varied, though it featured the same eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy each day. There was also plenty of cereal, yogurt, waffles, a small selection of fruit, a juice machine, a few baked goods, and a fancy coffee machine that’s excellent when it’s not……

“Terrible experience. Owned by a couple and the wife is so mean and hateful. I accidentally got a stain on the sheets and felt so terrible about it. I balled the sheets up and put them by the door thinking they would be picked up. I came back that evening and nothing had been picked up. The trash was taken out and that’s it. The woman of the couple was watching for me to return from behind a curtain in the office and knocked on the door 5 minutes after I returned. She called me “disgusting” and……

“The entire staff were very professional and accommodating. I had no issues with anything. Also, the complimentary breakfast was always great with a variety of choices offered.”

“Overall pretty clean. My main complaints are about staff and amenities. Any time I went to the front desk, no one was there. Even in the middle of the day, no one was ever at the counter. The vending machines didn’t work and there was no continental breakfast even though they had a kitchen area in the lobby. It was just kept closed. The entire property also smelled highly of marijuana and cigarettes. So bad that it gave me a headache and we stayed in a non-smoking room”

“Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place.……

“The room was clean. The staff member I believe her name was Hannah Atleast that what she told me was very rude. I asked for directions more than two time and she waved me off the second time and she was in the phone gossiping about me to her boss or someone. If it wasn’t last mint I would went somewhere else. She didn’t say anything about the complementary breakfast or the pool. The guy that was there when I checked out he was very nice need more of him.”

“I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and amenities. The best part of my experience was engaging with staff. The professionalism exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with, provided the utmost customer service support. I would like to acknowledge Ty, and her leadership skills. I witnessed a few unforseen situations that was out of her hands; for instance, the key cards were not working and she had two guests in line.……

“To try to keep the children of the quest quiet, outside and inside the hotel. Especially after 9pm.”

“This hotel was perfect for my needs close stay to the airport and easy early rental return for my flight back home. Room was ready on time check in with MD at the Virginia location was super easy he was so kind and friendly made everything simple for me to enjoy my stay before returning home. Check out was even easier with Sharon she was so sweet and i just loved her i would bring her back with me lol. Staff here got my vote i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for convinces at a……
