I had a great stay at the Radiant villa, It was really nice to have a spacious living area with floor heating, especially during chilly nights, The outdoor pool was a bonus, although I wish the indoor pool wasn't under renovation, but that's just how it goes, The location by the Moselle river is beautiful and so peaceful, Would definitely come back!

Das Haus war schön und geräumig, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer guten Küche und 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer. Außerdem wurde es, besonders im Erdgeschoss, sehr schnell warm. Nach ein paar Tagen sind wir zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass es reicht, die Heizung morgens ein paar Stunden anzuschalten und dann komplett auszuschalten, dann war es für den Rest des Tages angenehm. Der Park selbst ist neu und wunderschön weitläufig. Das Schwimmbad ist nichts Besonderes, unsere Kinder im Alter von 4 und 6 hatten dort eine tolle Zeit. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und es gibt viel zu tun.

Das Ferienressort ist eine große Aneinanderreihung von ähnlich aussehenden Häusern, erinnert an eine kleine durchgeplante Stadt. Die Häuser sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Allerdings war in unserem Haus die Fußbodenheizung teilweise defekt und erst nach 5 Terminen mit der Haustechnik und einer externen Firma wurde uns ein neues Haus angeboten. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Kundenservice gewünscht und ein schnelleres Entgegenkommen. Außerdem ist in den Häusern wirklich nichts außer der angegebenen Grundausstattung vorhanden, also wirklich alles muss mitgebracht werden oder in eher teuren Paketen gekauft werden, angefangen bei Klopapier und Kaffeefiltern. Unser Fazit: zweckmäßig für eine Woche, uns allerdings etwas zu unpersönlich und etwas zu wenig kundenorientiert.

Schön und sauber fehlte nur der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer, was uns aber nichts ausmachte. Die Umgebung war schön. Der Pool des Aufenthalts war nicht wirklich was und das zweite Mal, als das Wetter kaputt ging, gab es auf Wunsch Freikarten dafür schwimmbad in cochem das war sehr erfolgreich. insgesamt und sehr gelungener urlaub
