Es war OK, das Ferienhaus war Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Abgezähltes Besteck für 4 Personen. Spülmaschine hat das Geschirr nicht richtig gereinigt. Die Matratzen der Betten waren wie Hängematten. … unter den Betten sehr Staubig sowie auch in einigen Ecken des Hauses ( da ist noch viel Luft nach oben ). Positiv zu bewerten waren die Badezimmer. Außenbereich sowie Waschmaschine/ Wäschetrockner und Sauna wurden nicht benutzt. Essen vom Foodtruck mal abgesehen von den Pommes eine Katastrophe ( Deshalb wurde auch das Restaurant nicht besucht ).

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, der Aufenthalt in dem gebuchten Haus begann mit einem nicht gesaugten und nicht gewischten Fußbodens im Haus. Das wurde dann von uns erledigt. Bei weiterer Besichtigung mussten wir feststellen, dass der Duschkopf im Duschbad defekt war und im Fugenbereich schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Nach einer Mitteilung im Office, wurde der Duschkopf ausgewechselt, aber der schwarze Schimmel im Duschbad nicht entfernt. Eine Benutzung des Duschbades war auch durch die Schimmelsporen nicht möglich. Wir erwarten hier eine entsprechende Entschädigung für die Unbenutzbarkeit des Duschbades. schönes geräumiges Haus. alle notwendigen Materialien vorhanden. Gute Sauna. Auch viele und gute Einrichtungen im Park wie Restaurant, Supermarkt usw. Minus ist, dass der Park noch wenig Vegetation hat, wahrscheinlich weil er noch relativ jung ist. Dadurch gibt es weniger Privatsphäre bei den Nachbarn, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Gartenterrasse

Schauen Sie sich die kälteste Woche des Jahres so weit. Hotel war schön und warm und sauber. Heizung in beiden Bädern waren kalt, kein Vorhang über das Fenster. TD war schnell zu den Heizkörpern zeigt, dass Sie sehr heiß eingelegt haben, nach unten, um den Kühler oben zu kommen. So war an diesem Tag trotz der kalten Fenster oder Türen offen, weil die untere unerträglich die Heizung war, war dann zu heiß. Ein Vorhang für das Badezimmerfenster war nur eine kleine Sache, aber nach ebenso klar gemacht hat, dass ich wollte Privatsphäre wirklich hat endlich einen Vorhang aus einem anderen Hause genommen. Die Bestuhlung ist sehr eng für vier Personen, ob einen viel kleineren Tisch zu legen.
