Please read the fine print!!! This location holds an extra $98.00 a night that they hold for 5 to 10 business days. So before you book make sure you will have the extra funds ahead of time before your trip. The staff was very nice. It was a quiet and great location if you plan to shop the nearby retail stores.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO POR PARTE DE EXPEDIA Llegamos al hotel y no nos hicieron válida la reservación por este medio, nos dieron una habitación completamente distinta a la que pagamos; al dirigirnos con el personal del hotel FUERON GROSEROS E IGNORARON LA PETICIÓN DE CAMBIO, alegando que por parte de Expedia había sido el problema y que no tenían más habitaciones disponibles. La “gerente” no daba la cara, estuvimos discutiendo casi por 1 hr hasta que por obra “mágica” encontraron una habitación disponible, y aún así nos dijeron “esta habitación es más cara, tendrían que pagar la diferencia” a lo que al ver nuestras caras y que el pleito seguiría desistieron de eso y no cobraron más por el error. NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA SEPARAR POR ESTE MEDIO DE EXPEDIA, el hotel es “bueno” pero pésimo personal que en lugar de encontrar una rápida solución para el problema que “ellos” ocasionaron y que el cliente se retirará “bien” salimos con un muy mal sabor de boca. NO VOLVERÍAMOS JAMÁS

The Price was good and the room was clean however one of the issues we had was it was a suite with a kitchen full size fridge and a small cook top however no where to be able to really sit and eat in the room. I had asked at one point for dishwasher tabs to be able to run the dishwasher before we checked out and was told they were on backorder.

Regular hotel. El aseo de la habitación se realiza sólo si se solicita. Se deben solicitar toallas extras para los ocupantes de la habitación, a sabiendas de cuántas personas iban a ocupar la habitación. El desayuno es el mismo.

The hotel staff were helpful for the most part. The hotel itself is in need of maintenance. Shower head was disinegrating. Shower had mildew. Saw 2 bed bugs during stay. Breakfast was not my favorite with refried beans every day but 3 when they had sausage with the eggs
