“The rooms were clean. The directions were easy to follow. I didn’t need to contact the host because everything was emailed to me. Food places were in walking distance. Overall a great experience. ”

“Complimentary breakfast was like a buffet of great food every morning. Their gym was bigger than normal hotel gyms and their pool area was equipped with a covered lounging area and BBQ pits. In the evening we would go downstairs to the bar they had which offered a great atmosphere. The staff all around was very polite and I highly recommend this place. ”

“Room was clean. Bathtub was an accident waiting to happen. Tub did not drain properly although drain was clear. Tub floor tilted inward so much that it was difficult to stand safely. There was a handle on the outside wall but not one inside to steady ourselves. This REALLY needs attention as it is a safety hazard.”

“There is a difference between turning over the room and actually cleaning it. More attention to detail in cleaning is needed. The room was very humid and gross. Had cleaning crew come in, even while having my do not disturb sign on the door. Stayed here a few times and this was the worst of the experiences. Will look for another hotel, next time I am in town.”

“Apartment was really clean except stove needed a little more love. Bathrooms were very clean, which to me is more important than the stove. Microwave was very clean (which is not always the case when I book apartments or hotel rooms). Apartment is one of four in a building and there's one parking space per apartment which is really nice. We had difficulty opening lock box but host was quick to respond and quick to find a solution for us. Really appreciated the quick responsiveness and trouble……

Primera y última vez. Es un hotel para trabajadores. Afuera de la habitación de al lado, abandonaron unos tenis sucios, apuesto a que ahí están todavía. Lo positivo? Si me gustó Edinburg, es una buena ubicación para ir de compras. Estacionamiento afuera de la habitación. ”

“La habitación tiene buen espacio, las colchones son aceptablemente cómodos te permiten descansar, un lugar tranquilo y seguro. Buena relación de calidad y precio. Es un hotel para familias que van de compras solamente, llegas a dormir y guardar tus compras. Buena elección. Lo recomiendo. ”

“This was horrible I do not recommend they deserve 0 stars. I arrived couldn’t check it not that day nor the whole Weekend was there any type of communication to help. So I had to pay more to find a place to stay since it was last minute it was difficult to find something available. ”

“I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for me and my family, we arrived late at night around 11pm to check in, the staff kept us waiting because someone from a prior shift had checked in someone else in one of my rooms. The receptionist Andrew called the manager and her instruction was to check in everybody else and wait for a spare room to give us since the hotel was completely booked, we waited 2 hours for that to happen, this guy created a new booking for the other room so we could go get some rest……
