(+) Appartement idéalement situé pour un séjour à Édimbourg, à proximité de toutes les attractions principales. Équipements modernes, décoration soignée et système de codes pour l’accès très pratique. La bagagerie disponible dans les bureaux de Destiny est un vrai plus avant le check-in ou après le check-out. (-) Les fenêtres ne sont pas en double vitrage, ce qui entraîne beaucoup de courants d’air et une sensation de froid importante dans les chambres et le salon, ainsi qu’une mauvaise isolation phonique (bruits extérieurs très présents). De plus, le couloir de l’immeuble était encombré de sacs de linge (literie), ce qui n’est ni très professionnel ni agréable.

It was a beautiful room for my family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children. Finish in the apartment was luxurious, except for the washer/dryer which was loud. Bed and bathroom and sofa sitting area was very enjoyable. Downside of this property is there is no lift, bringing up luggage will be challenging if you are not prepared. Communications was prompt, we drove in but was unsure where to find parking. Instructions was clear and responsive, but parking is almost 0.8 mile from apartment and there is no drop off in front of the apartment. We had to drop with our luggage round the corner. Location is great, it is walkable to many places like Edinburgh castle, Royal Mile, Christmas market is almost at doorstep. So if you can work around the logistic, this is a great place to stay.

Ok it's on Princes Street so obviously really busy. The hallway going into the space was a little musty smelling but the rooms more than made up for that. We stayed in a two bedroom facing the castle. It was huge and great for 4 people. Immaculate and loads of dishes and cookery in the kitchen. I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.

Extremely pleased with the Princes St Residence. We stayed in apartment 2. The place was clean and had everything you would need. The kitchen and living room was nice and spacious. Our favourite thing was the view of the Edinburgh Castle from the living room window. Perfect location for those who want to walk or transit around downtown Edinburgh. Close to everything - food, shopping, parks etc.

This is a very nice apartment and great for a group. Modern amenities and QUIET. As stated in description , you WILL have to walk up some stairs to carry your luggage if you are staying in one of the top floor apartments. Close to the tram stop which is convenient for traveling to the airport. It is a small walk to Old Town and the big tourist attractions, but can be easily accessed with one of those Big Red hop on buses.
