I wanted to be close to our tour departure the next day and this was the perfect place! An 11 minute walk got us up the hill easily with no steps! It’s a beautiful place and really clean. This is my first experience with a place where you let yourself in, and being a novice, it took me a bit to figure it out, but once we did, we loved it!

The flat was in a quiet area just a few blocks from Grassmarket Square which has lots of pubs and restaraunts.
We were here for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the flat was a short walk to most of the venues.
Just around the corner from the flat on Spittal St is the Blue Blazer (a lovely neighbourhood pub for a night cap), and The Source Coffee to get you going in the morning.
We would definately stay here again.
