Welcome to Simpson Loan [429], a stunning sixth-floor apartment boasting an unrivalled location in the very heart of Edinburgh. Two Elegant Bedrooms
The apartment comfortably sleeps up to four guests across two generous double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with comfort and practicality in mind.

The master bedroom features a super king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a sleek en-suite shower room. The second bedroom includes a king-size bed and built-in storage, offering a peaceful retreat for additional guests.

Contemporary building, part of a unique development.

Due to the rules of the factors of this building, we are not permitted to have a key safe at this property. We therefore use a nearby Key Nest facility for the key collection. As a result, it is very important that you let us know how you are travelling to Edinburgh, and your expected time of arrival, so we can choose the most convenient place for you to pick up the keys. The options are Waverley train station, Ibis Hotel Hunter Square or U-Save convenience store on Lothian Road. You will be sent a Key Nest code 48 hours prior to your arrival which you will need to quote to the member of staff at the Key Nest facility to obtain the keys.
