Illusions

The location was fantastic but that was the only highlight. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the shower was not hot enough for a decent shower, the shower leaked on the floor. the floors were uneven and noisy. At midnight the Carbon Monoxide alarm went off, it was not a battery issue. The person on the phone said take out the battery and that’s all she could do. We were unable to work the thermostat. The Linen was stained

Un apartamento ofrecido para seis huéspedes (confirmado por la Aplicación y telefónicamente) pero con 5 malas camas, colchones malísimos, con resortes expuestos (nos dejaron dos colchones inflables defectuosos y con los infladores dañados), tendidos de cama y cobijas viejas y olorosas, almohadas defectuosas, habitaciones con clóset sin puertas y llenos de trastos como aspiradoras, traperos, etc. Al reclamar telefónicamente la falta de una cama (porque nunca contestaron nuestro correo) llevaron otro colchón inflable dañado pues en la noche se iba desinflando, no se como puede llamarse eso cama. Lo único bonito era el mueble de la cocina. El resto del apartamento en malas condiciones, la alfombra de las habitaciones da asco (mugrientas) y en verdad tengo fotos para probar lo que digo. La entrada del edificio sucia, las escaleras muy deterioradas y muy descuidada. Tal vez sea la última vez que utilizo esta aplicación para alojamiento y pueden ver mi estatus en ella (Silver), hace mucho tiempo que la uso pero nunca me había ido tan mal como en esta ocasión. Su alianza con otros operadores sólo beneficia a Expedia y no a sus clientes.

Disappointed in apartment location was great.

This place would be great if they refurnished it with comfortable bedding and living room furniture. We paid extra for a 6 th person that had to sleep on a very small and hard futon bed and were not left with any bedding for it. There was major construction literally right out the front door and out the back that we were not told about before booking and arriving. The refrigerators door would not stay closed and had to push a chair against it to keep it closed. If you want a place that has the cheapest furniture, beds and bedding not enough towels and construction out your front door this is the place.

Not what was expected

Very disappointed at the noise. We should have been informed that there was major construction going on in both the front and the back of the property. It woke us up extremely early (starting at 6:30 am)! We registered as a party of 5, but there was not enough towels for everyone and there was absolutely no toiletries. The beds and pillows were awful. We’ve stayed in 3 different vrbo’s on this European vacation, and this was by far the most disappointing. Not much care or thought for the traveler was put into this location. I look forward to hearing how much I will be refunded for this very uncomfortable stay.

When we arrived at 3pm the flat had not been cleaned or changed the beds. There wouldn’t have been enough plates if six people were staying in the flat. The grouting in the bathroom needs a good clean/replacing. The flat itself was in a great location with plenty of restaurants and eateries close by. Great view from the bedrooms of the castle.
