Die geben nur 1 zimmer karte bin zu 5 köpfige Familie. Klimaanlage mäßig kühlt fast kaum und sehr laut. Das wc syphon laut. Frühstück ist gut, Parkplatz Hotel eigener Platz mit Schranke. Zimmer Sauberkeit nicht so Toll.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren insgesamt zufriedenstellend, wurden unserem Empfinden nach dem Preis allerdings nicht gerecht. Leider gab es auch einige Mängel: Die Schranktür hing lose und die Duschtür im Bad hat extrem laut gequietscht. Im Elternzimmer gab es zudem keine Klimaanlage. Im zweiten Zimmer war zwar eine Klimaanlage vorhanden, diese hat jedoch nicht ausgereicht, um beide Zimmer angenehm zu kühlen. Besonders enttäuschend war für uns der Frühstücksbereich. Dieser war teilweise sehr verschmutzt und es roch stark nach Fritteuse. Das Gebäck wirkte leider nicht richtig fertig gebacken. Außerdem standen überall noch benutztes Geschirr und schmutzige Teller von anderen Gästen herum, die erst auf Nachfrage abgeräumt und gereinigt wurden. Das Personal war zwar freundlich und nett, aber gerade in der Hotellerie gehört für uns mehr dazu als nur Freundlichkeit – Sauberkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und ein gepflegter Zustand sind ebenso wichtig. Insgesamt waren wir leider enttäuscht und würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Insgesamt war alles sehr schön und wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Hotel und der Service waren gut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Herrn Can. Er ist sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen freundlich. Vielen Dank für seine nette und aufmerksame Art! Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt beim Familienzimmer: Im Kinderzimmer war eine Klimaanlage vorhanden, im anderen Raum leider nicht. Bei warmem Wetter wäre eine Klimaanlage auch dort sehr angenehm. Außerdem könnte der Kühlschrank noch besser mit verschiedenen Getränken gefüllt werden. Die Dusche ist leider etwas eng. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage. In der Nähe gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum sowie viele Restaurants und Cafés. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen, sicheren Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

We hadden dit hotel geboekt autoreis. Parkeren was fijn was privé en veilig. Ze checken super snel in wat fijn was vooral na een lange reis. We hadden de familie kamer die was groot en veel ruimte. Je had veel in de buurt op loopafstand als je nog Een hapje wilt eten. Ontbijt was lekker ruime keuze.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, was sehr praktisch war. Das Personal war freundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehle

Merhaba girişimiz saat 19 olmasına ragmen odamız hazır değildi yaklaşık yarım saat beklemek durumunda kaldık. Yeterli bilgi verilmediği için nedenini anlayamadık. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş size kahve ikram edelim dedi. Bir başka görevliden su ve kola istediğimizde ise gayet sevimsiz bir şekilde satış ürünümüz yok gibi bir yanıt aldık.

Nous avions réserver une chambre d’hôtel pour 5 personnes de 3 lit une place et un lit double Nous avions eu une chambre d’hôtel de seulement de lit une personne et d’un lit double. L’un de mes enfants a du dormir dans le lit double avec ses parents.. Pas suffisamment de prise adaptée pour recharger les téléphones ( prise très en hauteur ). Les veilleuse de nuit ne fonctionnait pas et la porte de la chambre du lit double ne se fermait pas. Aucun support pour poser ses affaires personnelles dans la salle de bain pour se préparer et même dans la douche.. La porte de la douche n’ai pas adapter. L’eau passe par en dessous. Conclusion : Jusqu’à présent c’était le pire des hôtels 4 étoile que j’ai réserver. Je suis très déçu.. Je ne le recommande pas.

İlgisizlik geçiştirme

Otel genel hatlarıyla iyi lakin ısrarla bebek kayrolası istedik tamam hemen halledeceğiz dediler lakin herhangi bir şey halletmediler. Geri dönüş yapıp konuyla alakalı bilgi dahi verme nezaketinde bulunmadılar. Belki personel ilgisizliği ama bu tarz şeyler uzun yolculuk yapan bizim gibi kişiler için önem arz ediyor
