「Room was good only problem was I couldn’t get the bathroom sliding door to close for a day or two I eventually got it. Overall very nice though」

「Great value! Away from the crowds !」

「The condo was perfect! Great location! It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. If we come to Pismo again, we’ll definitely stay again!」

「The stay was pleasant, comfortable and convenient. Upon first arrival, we had some difficulty with the entry code. I had been driving all day and hadn’t seen the email that was sent with instructions so I called the owner who returned my call immediately with instructions and we were in. I later found the email. Oops! Great response from owner though!! After that, we had a couple more times we had to contact owner and she was always responsive and offered immediate solutions. I would however...

「Whatever they used to clean with was very strong. My husband has COPD and asthma, he did not fair as well as we had hoped for being at the beach. The bed was exceptionally soft felt like you just sunk in, made your back hurt.Other than that, the stay was fine, the kitchen was set up with good utensils and cookware. Didn’t mind cooking at all.」

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was spacious enough for three adults and two children. It had everything we needed from microwave to stove.」

「There was an issue with the check in information, but Kim was efficient with providing the information and continued to be a big help when I needed assistance throughout my stay. The house was clean, spacious and well kept. It was perfect for my family getaway and steps from the beach, which was a plus since we were traveling with young children. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. We will definitely return.」

「Only thing that didn’t make it 10/10 was plumbing was noisy interrupted sleep」

「Really cute place. Directly on the boardwalk on beach. Convenient to everything, check out my favorite place, breezeway Café, best waffles around.」

「The property was very clean, Calm and quiet. Walking up to this property gave you that relaxed, vacation feeling.」

「The property was exquisitely clean and well maintained. The king bed was supportive yet comfortable with numerous pillows and silky, smooth sheets. Though there is no air conditioning, opening the windows in the bedroom and living room allowed a cooling breeze to keep the room temperature hovering around 70 degrees during the day dropping to 68 degrees at night (perfect for sleeping). The well appointed kitchen made cooking/reheating meals a snap, while hot water, dish washing detergent and...

「We came for an event at Oceano Dunes so this was the perfect location. The condo was clean and when we got in late and couldn’t find parking because someone with a trailer had taken up 6 spaces the building manager came out immediately and found us somewhere to park. I definitely recommend and would stay again.」

「This property is clean and walkable to the beach and the shops in Pismo. There are a ton of channels for streaming on the 3 TVs. I'm out of shape, so I had to get used to the stairs. By the time we left after 3 days, I could handle the stairs better.」

「Comfortable and clean. Walking distance to the beach」

「Clean room, minutes from the beach, host was prompt when contacted about something. The area was quiet and comfortable!! Highly recommended!!!」

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you don't mind the loud traffic of RV trailers airing up or down their tires right outside your room, it's a prime location for the dunes for 1-2 people.」
