Came into town for Homecoming at Eastern and stayed for a few nights. Love this hotel for its convenience to shopping and restaurants. It’s right off the interstate but still quiet despite its location. Cost is very affordable with so many options nearby. Would stay every time I’m in town!

I stayed for 5 days, and the room didn’t feel aired out or cleaned enough; it felt muggy, so I opened the window. I had to wipe down the tabletop and even the bench where I put my luggage. I also felt the pillows could use more fluff. Overall, my stay was okay. I felt safe and was able to sleep well.

The gym was tiny- had 1 treadmill and 1 bike with some free weights. The Customer Service was lacking. I was told the day after we checked in that the housekeepers only clean your room every 3 days! We requested a later check out and were told “NO we are full” but the parking lot was empty.

Hotel charged me a $150.00 security depoit for each of my 2 rooms I and my family stayed in. They said I would get the security deposit back after we checked out. When we checked out I asked for a receipt and they told me that would be sent to me by the 3rd party I booked are reservations thru, which is Expedia. The only thing I got from Expedia was this Rate your stay request.
