Daher kann man sie ruhigen Gewissens als "Hervorragend" bezeichnen. Dennoch finden wir den Preis zu hoch. Wir haben für drei Nächte inkl. 「This is a truly wonderful, cosy and homely place to stay in Zandvoort - a place I hadn't visited before, though this hotel definitely makes me want to return. The owner was incredibly helpful and couldn't have done more to make me feel welcome. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Besonders gefallen haben uns die neuen Apartments mit Terrasse. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem sehr großen Bad. 「The best thing about this hotel is the free airport shuttle. A nice ride and time saving (also saved the 20 minute walk to the nearest station with luggage). Bike rental is available for €15 but not many number of bikes. The staff is friendly and nice.
Air conditioning cost an extra €10, didn’t know. I don’t appreciate that. The tap water tastes strangely (my opinion). But can buy water from a nearby supermarket. The tv resolution is quite below standard in this century.」

"We stayed there for six nights. The room is reasonably clean and most things worked.
However, the room was not cleaned after the first night. There was no button panel at the room where we could ask to clean the room. It was ok for two days. Then the rubbish bin became full and the floor a bit dusty.
On the forth evening, I approached the front desk around 9pm and asked our room be cleaned the next day. The person at the front desk took down our room number and confirmed they will get our room cleaned the next day. The next day, we went out from 8:30 am for the whole day, returned around 8:15 pm in the evening. We found that our room was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and asked about it. The person at the front desk didn’t apologise at all and turned to us to say that we should have asked the front desk in the morning. It was an irresponsible and unacceptable response and there was not any apologetic sense. Rather, we were blamed for not asking again despite we were confirmed they will arrange cleaning and we were not asked to remind the front desk in the morning.
