“The hotel had a good sized free carpark with gates .and was very near the restaurants and bars in town, so no need to move the car in the evening. The welcome was warm, the room was small but clean. The breakfast had good pastries, but the protein items were always a bit repaid and the juice was squash. We ate dinner one night which was very good.”

“The place is isolated, quiet, great amenities. The hotel is in an olive orchard which is awesome, so quiet and relaxing. The pool is massive, has a bar and the staff is great! A shuttle takes you to and from the beach club, which I thought would be a bit of an inconvenience, but they do not only stick to the schedule, they can also arrive early if you ask. The beach club is great, good amenities, bar, restaurant, staff is very attentive and helpful. Only had to carry some cash for tips,……

“Had a lovely stay here - sadly the weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get the use the pool or loungers but we really enjoyed the impressive breakfast and beautiful surroundings. It’s a short drive to neighbouring towns and the peace was a nice contrast in the evenings. You have the option of eating at the Masseria which also makes things easier if you do not have a car.”

“Although we had a lovely stay, it seemed like more of a hotel online than it actually was. There's nobody there not are there any amenities so the restaurant and courtyard are really not to use because there's no staff working there. The breakfast is not on-site. We needed to walk a block or so and go into a cafe where we could have coffee or juice and a pastry. I'm not much of a breakfast person so it wasn't a huge deal but it just felt misleading. “The experience to be in a beautiful Borgo like San Marco, surrounded by the plantation of olive trees are unique. This Hotel is perfect to move around the towns of Puglia and the place is very beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous and the service very friendly. I would recommend to improve the kitchen specially for breakfast. But definitely it’s a place that worth to stay!”

“Great property, the room was so spacious, and coming from small rooms in Rome it was delightful. Giada the hotel manager was so informative and gave great recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs. For breakfast, it was eggs and hot pastries made to order, along with a small buffet set up of yogurt ,fruit, cookies, and cheeses. The owners were very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for local restaurants and bars. Breakfast was wonderful! “The set-up for the room was definitely interesting. Right at the front entrance there's a landing area to put your bags and a little coffee counter, and the bathroom. The bedroom was up a very narrow set of circular stairs. The quarters were set up nicely considering the vertical layout, but we found it a bit tight. Going down those stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night would not be ideal if you're not very able bodied. The staff was over the top wonderful, helpful and communicative……

“Very friendly and helpful property manager (Gianni) with useful suggestions and recommendations for restaurants, shops, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location was about the best spot you could get in the historic center, in a quiet little side street but only a 30 second walk to the only coffee bar that opened before 8am (I enjoy coffee by 7:00-7:30!), and a 2 minute walk (if that) to many restaurants, bars, etc. The shower was a bit tiny and cramped but otherwise……
