“The house phones did not work had to walk to reception to complain multiple times. Terrible value for money Buffer was not open Hole in curtain Housekeeping took our towels and never came back with clean ones til i complained at 4 pm Raging party going on loud shouting”

“Your response is unacceptable. The Royal Hotel was closed for refurbishment at the time of my booking — a fact that should have been known to Hotels.com before confirming any reservations. It is embarrassing that such a booking was confirmed in the first place, and the stress caused is entirely due to your company’s failure to ensure the property was operational. I will be taking this matter up with my travel insurance provider and expect Hotels.com to review its internal processes to prevent……

“Kruger park was only about 20 minutes away by drive. All of the staff were wonderful. So friendly. Whatever you wanted, they would get for you. I couldn’t single out one staff member because they were all perfect. The suites are gorgeous and spotless with a wonderful view of the Sabe River. The food was excellent and so plentiful. I couldn’t think of a better place to stay to get to Kruger and experience the game drives. The drivers were excellent and it was easy to see their love for……

“location is great what the guest house facing is crocodile river you have chance to see bufalloes and elephants the guest house is very clean you should check-in earlier to enjoy stunning view”

“The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof.”

“Room was crawling with bugs and had a stench that lasted throughout our entire stay. I do not recommend staying here. They overcharged for every possible service as well.”
