"This is an amazing motel to stay at for the budget friendly traveler. Close to the park, clean, and safe! The only thing the room was missing was a couple of shelves and hooks to place your things. But I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very nice three-night stay overall. Kitchen was well-stocked. We made breakfast and dinner there every day. Well-furnished lower and upper porches, but couldn’t really spend time sitting outside the cabin due to the mosquitos. That’s not unique to this property — just how Alaska is then. Google or Apple Maps doesn’t help you find the place. I just looked for it in orbital images on Google Maps, and saved the GPS coordinates as the target. Or you can simply turn left on Stampede (after passing most of the town while going North on Parks Highway), and then look for two orange cones on your left after about 3.5 miles on Stampede. When you drive up to the house, don’t stop there. Continue up the driveway on your right, which will take you to a parking area in front of the *second* level of the house. It’s much easier to load and unload luggage there than the first level, where you would have to bring stuff up narrow spiral stairs. (Ask me how I know.) We stayed here while going to Denali National Park every day. Recommend."

"The location and the property truly leaves upto the pictures shared on their website. Definitely going back if I go to Denali again. The owners seem to be fairly new but were very nice. I loved their little common space where they stock up water or even bear sprays to borrow. It was a great idea built with trust. I wish they had also put coffee there especially when during busy seasons. They still had Henry’s coffee house right next to the property but it was $4. For a rural place like that, its really fine to pay fee extra $$, but not for coffee. Overall,"

"The owners have thought of every detail! I’ve stayed in MANY rentals over the years and this home stood out to me as an owner that cares about their customers experience. It was so nice to have the essentials stocked and ready for us which helped us enjoy the vacation that much more. The location was quiet and we had a beautiful view to wake up to every morning before heading out to Denali."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great for exploring Denali. The place was clean, quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The bathrooms were nicely updated. Lots of extras were provided including bear spray, bug spray and laundry supplies. We would definitely stay again."
