The property is located in a convenient location with lots of dining options. There is busy night life in the neighbourhood which may feel dodgy to walk solo at night but Japan is a very safe country as a whole. Rooms are small but clean. We booked separate rooms for each of us and the prices were very reasonable. The rooms were newly refurbished and very clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Public parking was available within a short walk. All in all, a comfortable quick stop on a road...

Relatively close to the station, but not much around the hotel… need to walk across the station to find convenience stores, the price for the room is good though

The owner, Satoshi- san is very accommodating and pick us up from the Echigo Station at very last minute notice. He and Nezu were very friendly, drove and showed us tourist attractions/eateries in their area. Breakfast was big and delicious for us. Also, rental of ski equipment from him is much cheaper vs the ski resort itself.
Overall, a very comfortable and happy experience with Satoshi.

things i dont like:
~ my room is the basic twin room and is quite small, though we got everything needed with extra care and attention paid by the designers and staff to tailor made every bit of furniture
~ wish can try dinner but havent booked
~ its so comfy that we are fighting with our mind to go skiing. wish to stay for much longer.
