“We had an amazing, peaceful, and private stay—just what we wanted! The location was great and very close to everything decorah has to offer! The fall colors were beautiful and definitely showing off for us. We ended up using the air mattress to sleep on and that worked out really well for us as the back of the futon wasn’t very comfortable, but great for sitting! We were never able to find the trails that led down to the bottom of the Quarry, but that’s ok. We didn’t need to talk to the owners……

“This stay was everything I hoped for and more. The property was exactly as described - beautifully modern, spacious, and filled with warm touches that made it feel instantly comfortable. The exposed‑beam kitchen and living area were stunning, and the views from the windows made the whole place feel open and peaceful.The hosts are exceptional.
