So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. “The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. It appeared that they staff are not properly trained to handle situations involving……

“Lovely apartment. Clean, cheap and really accessible to the busy part of Salou. Pool is fantastic. Would fully recommend to anyone who wants to go self catering in Salou.”

“Clearly not a four star hotel, but was comfortable enough, food was okay if a little cold. Pool area clean and tidy, but you can’t have your own drinks, you have to buy theirs. A/C in room stopped working I had to ask reception 3 times for them to respond and fix but they managed eventually. Costs €50 for late check-out which I thought was quite pricey.”

“We stayed in a spacious room featuring a wide balcony equipped with two adjustable chairs, a table, and a convenient clothes drying rack. The room included a small refrigerator, which was effective for keeping drinks cold. Upon arrival, the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine. “Single room was small but had a fridge, modern deco and excellent air conditioning. TV did not have a good picture with interference. Of the three lights in the room only one was working. Only one available wall socket for charging phone etc. Infront of the window was an air conditioning unit which buzzed and hummed throughout the day and evening. It didn't switch off until late at night. Breakfast was very good with ample choice. The pool area was nice but limited number of sunbeds……
