「The stay was ok, upon arrival front desk told us to contact them if there were any issues and they would do their best to resolve it, that statement was mentioned a few times. Thought it was a little odd but it was late and we were tired. We were told we would be charged a $100 additional incase room was damaged and said that was fine.
