「Stayed here twice in a week. Both times ran into a fellow traveler who was sick (non-stop coughing and snoring throughout the night). I mean I knew it was a hostel setting where I shared a room with others but I could not sleep due to constant distraction. Will not book this kind of room in the future.」

Be aware that when booking you are booking a room within a townhouse with shared common areas, ie kitchen and living room.Was not really communicated in the booking. Also the parking is very tight. One day I was unable to get my car out to use until the other guests moved their cars. Overall the property is in a good location close to the main drag of Hollywood Blvd, Sunset.
