“I stayed here for one night while driving from Texas to California. Overall, I’d rate it as OK (3 out of 5 stars). The biggest positive was the staff—they were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was good, with a nice selection of cereals, pastries, waffles, yogurt, juice, and fresh apples. The breakfast area seemed clean and well maintained. Parking also was easy. My only disappointment was the condition of my room. It was a significant……

“The room’s soundproofing was not perfect, but it did not affect my sleep.”

“The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not……

“I was looking forward to a quiet night away to relax and get some work done, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, my original room was not ready, so I was reassigned to another room. Unfortunately, that room also appeared to be unprepared. I ultimately decided not to stay because I did not feel comfortable with the condition of the room.
