Our stay was terrible. Once we arrived to our room, we needed to prepare for an engagement, however, the shower door was not working. We had to wait for maintenance to come fix it, making us late to to our engagement.
The next night, we arrived needing to shower and plan for an early appointment the following morning, and again the shower door was not working. Maintenance was not available and we could not shower unless we moved to another room, at 1 o'clock in the morning!
The next morning we tried to speak to the manager, Josie, but she was never available, and we were not able to speak with her.
The maintenance man mentioned that these particular rooms were in the process of being renovated, so he wasn't surprised that we were having issues. So why would the Marriott rent out substandard rooms?
