Relax in the open living area with 58" Smart TV or rest in the bedroom with queen bed, desk, closet, blackout curtains, and mini-split AC/heating. The kitchen offers an induction stove, fridge, and microwave with dining space. Shared laundry, gorgeous backyard skyline views, and off-street parking for 1 vehicle included.

This inviting unit offers a thoughtful layout designed for comfort and convenience. As you step inside, you'll notice the stairs leading down to the basement bedroom, please watch your step when entering! To the left, the open-concept living space combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The kitchenette comes equipped with an induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, sink, and all the basic utensils you'll need to prepare home-style meals. Beside it, the dining table with four seats is perfect for meals with family or friends!
At the end of the space, the cozy living room features an L-shaped sofa, a 58" Smart TV, and a mini split system to keep the temperature just right.
The full bathroom, located near the entrance, includes a comfortable bathtub for unwinding after a long day, along with essentials from our starter kit.
Heading down the stairs, the basement bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, good lighting, and a closet and dresser so you can easily store clothes and personal belongings. A small window with blackout curtains lets you control the natural light, and a dedicated workspace makes it convenient for work-from-home days. The mini split system ensures a comfortable stay in every season!
Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry room! The washer and dryer are located right next to the patio and are available for you to use free of charge. Please note that this laundry area is a shared space with guests in Unit 2.
Step outside to the shared patio where you can fire up the grill, enjoy a friendly game of cornhole, or relax at the picnic table!
Please kindly note: Our TVs come with streaming apps installed, but guests will need to log in using their own personal accounts.

Rental Application Qualification Guidelines
To ensure the highest standards in our rental community, we have established the following qualification criteria for all applicants:
Identification and Social Security: Applicants must provide current photo identification and a valid social security number.
Income Requirements: Monthly household income must be at least 2.5 times the rent amount. All income sources must be verifiable, as unverified income cannot be considered.
Credit and Legal History:
Applicants must not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
A responsible financial history is essential, with a required credit score of at least 600.
Background Check: A thorough background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18, which must reflect a pattern of responsibility.
Guest Identification Requirement:
For security and compliance purposes, all guests over the age of 18 staying for the full duration of the reservation must provide a valid photo ID and email address to the host prior to check-in. This information is required to send and sign the Innkeeper Guest License Agreement. Failure to provide the requested information may result in cancellation of the reservation or denial of access to the unit until all required documentation is completed.
Non-Smoking Policy: All applicants must be non-smokers.
Occupancy Limit: Occupancy is limited to two people per bedroom.
Lease Term: Minimum lease term is 1 month.
Additional Security Measures: If an applicant does not meet one or more of the above criteria, the landlord may, at their discretion, require compensating factors such as an additional security deposit or a co-signer (guarantor) for qualification.
Selection Process: In cases of multiple applicants, tenancy will be offered to the most qualified individual(s) based on these criteria.
