「We even left something behind, and they were happy to coordinate the forwarding. Very above and beyond.」

「Great location- perfect for race weekend!」

「We were not able to even get inside the place. Instructions were sent a couple days before but it did not include an access instructions. Reached out to the host for access instructions and he responded after a couple hours. I sat in my car outside the property for an hour before calling VRBO customer support. The first agent couldn’t find any access information, the supervisor found it and I thought everything was going to be good. The host then responded with hard to understand communication...

「Place was nice & cheap to stay for a few nights. We went to clean the sheets one night & there was blood on one of the pillows, under the pillow case, this was pretty gross. Other than that, check in & out was smooth, bathroom was nice.」

「I would stay here again without a doubt. The beds were snug, and we appreciated having a microwave in our room. Little conveniences like the fridge and reliable WiFi really enhanced our experience!」

「Clean setup that worked fine for what we were looking for, comfortable beds made drifting off to sleep easy after long days exploring Fayetteville!」

「Was terrible trying to get booked kinda of glad i didnt stay there alot if homeless people on the property so its never quite and people always begging for things」

「Cute little house we were there for rodeo, location was amazing, clean comfy beds」

Also, listing says that there is a security gate that is closed and locked every night for safety and that you will need a code to get in. That is completely not true.
