"The host was extremely responsive and the property was exactly as described. The parking spot provided is tricky to maneuver and requires two people to avoid damaging your car on all the obstacles. The shower is tricky too, so be sure to ask before you arrive. The property also smells a bit damp/musty, so maybe bring some room spray or a candle. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely rebook the space for our next visit to Berkeley."

"I needed a place to stay in the Marin area while I was in-between jobs. France's studio was perfect. Centrally located between all the little towns in Marin. While easy access to Sir Francis Drake Blvd, the location has a feel of being in the woods. I especially loved all the redwood woods outside the studio. "Nice hotel in a great location, close to Fisherman’s Wharf, we caught the No 30 bus at the nearby stop to go to Chinatown very easy. Walgreens Pharmacy and market nearby was convenient for snacks. The hotel staff were very helpful nothing too much trouble."
