“You will be staying in a section of a large resort. Your room may well be in amongst the all-inclusive families. Not an issue for us but if you are expecting exclusive adults only, then this is not the place for you. If you are expecting 5 star luxury, then this is not it. Don't spend money on a "premium/luxury" sunbed, the system felt like a scam, the service was terrible.
We enjoyed sitting in the sun, we enjoyed breakfast and our room but anything app or service related ended up being met……

“The restaurant staff were very good, but the food wasn’t great. The pool lifeguard with the towels was so rude nearly every day. It’s a shame you don’t get basic amenities in the room like water and better bathroom amenities. ”

“Amazing breakfast and dinner. Spotless! You can feel the hotel had its splendid times in the past with all good quality finishings of the room and jetted bath. The resort has many things for a family holiday including tennis court, small but good gym, kids club, big pool for families and all the entertainments for kids as well.
I have to say it’s my first time seeing staff cleaning a plant leaf by leaf! The furnitures are old but they are spotless!
The staff love their job and they do a good……
