Cosy, comfortable house "El Garrofer", 2 storeys. In a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: property (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, 18 m2, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, bakery 300 m, bus stop "Sant Vicenc de Calders" 2 km, railway station "Sant vicenc de Calders" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 71 km, Sitges 35 km, Tarragona 27 km, Port Aventura 40 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
