"Aside from a misunderstanding housekeeping, it wasn't bad. Three different individuals with the housekeeping department came by and tried to enter the house a day before check out. Two of the three did not speak English, so communication with them was nonexistent. The 3rd individual, insisted that we should have been gone, even though it was a day prior to our scheduled check-out date. "This was a great house for the 1st time coming to Lake of the Ozarks, the location was great able to see activity on the lake and easily accessible to restaurants. The fishing was fun off the dock and the heated pool was great for the teenage kids since the lake was a little cooler this time of year yet they still enjoyed jumping off the dock. The house was a great size for 2 families with a total of 8 people with enough room for sleeping and also able to do your own thing if you wanted. The...
