“The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. When we got into our room, we found it was never cleaned. He quickly found a different room to put us in and that room still had garbage in one of the cans. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands with. I feel we should have gotten SOMETHING....literally anything for the inconvenience of getting into a room that was never cleaned.”

“Elevator was out of service pool was closed main floor had no floor due to construction no help was offered to get luggage to and from second and third floor breakfast wasn’t great nor fresh curtains was too short in the room so much lighting was coming in bath dry towels wasn’t thick the hallways had a bad smell and odor very different from the last time I stayed here a couple months ago ”
