“Great neighborhood and location. Nice basement with TV and games. The workout room is no longer there. The upstairs is a great place to sit and talk with friends.The house was clean, except the shower curtain liner was discolored, which I was surprised by as another guest commented on it in the past and they were sure the owner would change it. “We enjoyed this home. It was convenient for Navy graduation and close to a train station to make it easier to get into the base. We also liked the 3 levels giving a few families their own space when need. Things for the kids to do, convenient for stores. Kitchen and bedrooms were great. The host was easy to work with.”

“I always want to see a black owned business thrive first off. The host needs a little guidance with customer service. We got there the snow was not shoveled or even prepped for the storm no salt down or anything. Check in was 4pm which I didn’t arrive until almost 6pm. There was more than enough time for that to be done, but it wasn’t. I had to message her and ask were they going to shovel. She sent a maintenance guy over, at the door he voiced that he needed to get in the basement to get the……

“Really amazing place. Adorable house, plenty of space, conveniently located. Great linens on the beds & amenities in the bathroom. Owner was incredibly flexible and responsive and great to work here. Had three visitors from Europe and they absolutely loved the place and had a great time. Would 100% stay here again the next time we're in the area. ”

“Our Host was very gracious , communicative kept us informed with friendly reminders such as trash day. Being on vacation we can forget so that was awesome. Home was well equipped with everything from kitchen to bath as well as snow shovel and salt which we didn’t expect all that snow. Also helpful he had sent out 2 young men to shovel the driveway which helped after days of snow. The home was cozy and sweet we enjoyed our stay.”

“The listing picture wasn't even close. Front yard was part of marina with boat trailers and cars. House was filthy and in disrepair. Bedroom mattress was wrapped in moving plastic. It caved in through the bedspring when you sat on it. Carpet was so dirty and moldy that when you walked out of the bedroom, your shoes would stick. Not much furniture and furniture that was there was curb pick up quality. Dishes and appliances were dirty. TV in bedroom was on the floor in the closet. ……
