「Great place to stay near St. Charles/Geneva. Will definitely stay again next time we visit. Plenty of room, great view, super easy access to west suburbs, North Ave./Randal Rd,/25/31, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle etc. Host was great, respected our privacy. Super hot shower! 」

「Booked online and the photos look reasonable, but totally got shocked when we checked in. The house was not prepared and the A/C was not on and the house was in 85, and it took more than 6 hours to cool down to 76. The first floor was tolerable though missing many things that were supposed to be there, but bedrooms were total disasters, no clean sheets…bedsheets have large areas of yellow and dark stains, covers have stains too, broken closet…no towels in bathroom… listed as two bathrooms, but...

「The listing picture wasn't even close. Front yard was part of marina with boat trailers and cars. House was filthy and in disrepair. Bedroom mattress was wrapped in moving plastic. It caved in through the bedspring when you sat on it. Carpet was so dirty and moldy that when you walked out of the bedroom, your shoes would stick. Not much furniture and furniture that was there was curb pick up quality. Dishes and appliances were dirty. TV in bedroom was on the floor in the closet. ...

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very nice. Finding the driveway was a bit tricky in the dark. Thank you for a welcoming place to call home while we were in town for a wedding. 」
