no free breakfast, room nasty, toilet almost coming out of the floor.
accomdations were limited - nothing like we saw via web.
Never ever stay there again
Our trip was great. We went to White Lake Campground and enjoyed the lake and water. Food places everywhere for meals. Would go again when we are in the area on next trip.
Got in late and hit the sack ASAP. Pulled back the covers and two spiders made a run for it. Got one but the other.....was on my mind all night. Hence no sleep.
Mattresses were 15 years old as was the comforter and bed sagged badly.
Our room was very clean, front desk person has good customer services skills, safe enviroment. Love it

Just okay, breakfast awful
The room was clean enough, it was an old hotel but in a satisfactory neighborhood and I felt safe enough. We had 6 people staying in the room next to us, but they didn't bother us. We stayed for business, so we were only in the room from midnight to 11 a.m. the following day. The hotel could use some updating, but all in all, it was good. DON'T stay for the breakfast. There is no seating in the lobby, the milk was sour, the choices all sweet. Had to ask for more cereal and she had to hunt for it, the coffee was weak. The staff was friendly though and we didn't really have any problems. It's not luxury, but if you need to stay somewhere at a good price, then I would stay there.
We stayed for 3 days.It was nice until it was time for check out.Check out is at 11am and if you are there a few minutes after like we were trying to pack things up with our 5year old they will come down knock on the door and tell you it's check out and then they will cut off the the air conditioning! We were out of the room at 11:15 so they obviously don't want to give you a few extra minutes RUDE is what I say.The 'boss lady'as the housekeeper refers the owner as is very RUDE and inconsiderate as far as I'm concerned the other staff is very polite

not good
Stayed for two nights and both nights there were people in the parking lot until 2:00 am loud, drinking beer and letting the kids run up and down the steps. Next day told the person at the Check out counter about it he claimed he didn't hear them. Next night same group of people had chairs setting in parking space loud and again partying until wee hours in the morning. Called front desk but really don't think anyone did anything because the noise didnt stop until after 2:30 am. When we checked out told the guy we won't be back and all he said was oh ok and took our keys without saying anything else to us.

April visit
Helpful staff, located right beside a good restaurant, good price
Not up to par with our other stays. Left at 2:00AM because the heater sounded like a 747 taking off every time it cycled and it cycled every 3-4 minutes. We actually went to a rest center and took a nap, then headed out on the remainder of our trip.
Clean, no odor room. easy access to ares, airport.

Comfortable
We spent four nights here. The room was comfortable, but could use some much needed upgrading (wall paper, rug, caulking around the bathtub, etc. The maid was very good. The breakfast area left a lot to be desired. It was located in the "closet" office area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
