“The staff were excellent nothing was a bother. Room spotless but really cold. One of the staff brought a fan heater to help speed up heating the room ”

“Overall lovely stay staff very friendly efficient with prompt service. As a 4 star hotel a few things could be improved like a fridge in the room to keep the bottled water they provided cold, air conditioning but probably would be too expensive to fit due to the age of the building and paintwork here and there needed touching up. There was a problem checking in to the hotel as they asked us to pay again even though we had already paid. They said they would sort it on checkout but this could have……

“We really loved our overnight stay at The Crown and Kitchen in East Linton. Really cute little place with beautiful room. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend this place. There is a train station in East Linton and only takes 20 minutes away so it’s perfect for a wee day or evening out in Edinburgh if you don’t want to stay in the city itself. ”
