The WiFi worked great; great WiFi it’s a must-have for modern times. The linens were clean, the house was clean. The place looked better in person compared to pictures. The yard is a great place to listen to the wind blow through the trees. The area was nice, easy access to anywhere in Memphis. The host (Steven) was amazing. I have to say he is the best host I’ve experienced on this app. He was communicative, the house had everything we needed. The level of detail put in, is top notch. "

"The property was as advertised. It was clean and spacious and perfect for our large family gathering. We enjoyed fishing and each morning began with coffee around the fire pit. There were several areas inside and out for family to gather, eat and relax. The host was responsive to every inquiry. We would highly recommend this property and host. "

"This was a great place for our group of 13. While the kitchen is a bit small and sparse for a house of this size, there's plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort and the game room (garage) and pool/hot tub were hits. The hosts were very responsive to our requests and general communication. If we return to Memphis, we'd definitely look to rent this house again! "

"First they are remodeling and the pool was closed, they had breakfast equipment coming, but when we were there they only had one kind of serial. The staff however were friendly, and the room was clean. It was just disappointing that a breakfast was advertised and only one type of serial. "
