“It was an excellent location for us to stay to go to Wimbledon. It’s a wonderful neighborhood away from tourists but still have plenty of restaurants to choose from within steps from the hotel.”

The biggest problem by far was the temperature in the room. It was around 28–30°C outside, but the room reached 31.5°C. The window only opens a small amount, so it is impossible to cool the room down in the evening. Sleeping comfortably was very difficult. The online reception was also disappointing. It took over 30 minutes to get a concrete……

“Great low cost option! The building at amenities and nice reception space and it’s a great location. In my hallway there is even a community full kitchen, living room, and dining table (but I didn’t know about it until day 3 since no one showed me that option, which is behind a door in the hallway my room was.) However, not having AC in summer was rough! They should at least give you a rotating fan in the room which they did not. That would have been much appreciated. Also it’s easy to hear……

“The listing of the room seemed to have changed after I made the booking. Pictures of the higher tier "apartment" were listed under the lower tier "studio" and the room I ended up with was a complete mismatch of what I booked, and was in poor condition. I contacted the property and they did not acknowledge my comments and refused to offer a better room. They kept repeating the same response like a robot: They don't have other rooms in the same category. Period. I had to leave the property and……

“Very convenient location. But cannot store luggage before check in. Also need to carry own luggage upstairs. The staff is very responsive and helpful though. Overall great value in this location. ”

“Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.”

“半公寓模式，checkin前台在別棟，相信照片中較大的房間是地下一層吧，入住時安排了地下一層帶窗的，但畢竟來旅聽到是到下一層也是有點抗拒，沒有去看房直接跟前台說要求給2，3樓(帶露台的)，他們說客滿，但其實我訂房時就知道有地下一習的也要求給高樓層，但還是沒疫安排，最後安排去了4樓，升降機只到3樓，還要拿幾個行李上到4樓，正確來是閣樓吧，走道很小，房間也很小，雖然也是帶有小廚房，但這是英式房除的屋頂，窗子很小地是木板走動起來下層都感覺得到，有點失望，我們在倫敦住一星期，你要親自到前台要求房間清掃才行，而且只是3天一次，洗衣房是收費。但地點的確很方便，綠紅綠地鐵站都有，而且餐廳很多有尤其是廣東菜，可以走路到hyde park~ 可以寄存行李，但鄧是要爬樓梯。。 要是像我們要住很多晚的話，覺得其實還有很多選擇”

“The property is based in central London and accessible to all the major attractions within 30 minutes. Clam place and surrounded by greenery. Diverse culinary cuisines are within 5-10 minutes of reach. Borough Market, London, bridge, tower bridge and the Shard is also within close proximity, just a walking distance. You will definitely have a great time here if planning a trip to London in near future.”
