The warm welcome and professionalism of the reception and security staff absolutely make it worth the stay. They genuinely cannot do enough for guests, and provide a first class service each time. Whitness and Thabang, and Thapelo and Karabo - you guys should all be incredibly proud of yourselves. Thank you for always making us feel so welcome! Until next time!」

「Well-located, but definitely a 3-start. Staff unwilling to make accommodations - electrician came late at night and instead of putting us in another room, we had to wait around while he was working in the room. So not really client-focused. Shower in room was walled off with rhino wall, missing a door completely. No basin in area of shower, had to use basin under the staircase where the toilet is.
Spacious though. Cant use the TV as it is blocked by the refrigerator.」
