"My wife and I stayed for 12 nights at this hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The hospitality started before we departed as we received an email a week earlier with a warm welcome and hotel instructions which are important because it is in a small town without big city facilities. We arrived late at night and since the restaurant was closed, the personnel offered complimentary finger food and a nice drink. Our room and all the common accesses in the hotel were impeccably clean and orderly. The equipment is modern (LED TV, Nespresso machine, climate control, exterior retractable awning…). The staff is very attentive and proactive to the guests’ needs (our car was turned around each time in the parking lot, cappuccino is served at breakfast without asking…). There are more subtle details that made our stay pleasant and without problems. There was a road blockage due to a fallen rock off a cliff and we were not able to go to the west of Praiano (Amalfi, Atrani, Ravello….the best part of Amalfi Coast) by car or bus. Suela, the owner, was very helpful in arranging alternate transport by shuttle, taxi and ferry. The wonderful staff made the difference in our sojourn and rendered it even more memorable. This is a family run hotel and the people are passionate and love what they do. We also loved the charm of Praiano and felt welcomed by the residents in the shops, or meeting them along the paths and steep staircases. . The locals made us feel like we belonged here."

A special mention has to go to Mario, an absolute gem. He was not only incredibly kind and attentive, but also a wealth of information. Whether it was offering insider tips, or even arranging bus tickets, Mario handled everything with ease and genuine care. It made our stay completely stress-free. And let’s talk about the food, every single meal was a delight. Delicious, fresh, and clearly made with love. From hearty breakfasts to beautifully prepared dinners, it felt like eating at a friend’s table who just happens to be an amazing chef. The patio view was nothing short of breathtaking. Sitting out there soaking in the scenery, it’s the kind of peace and beauty you don’t easily forget. The rooms were spotless and every detail, from the décor to the service, was clearly designed with care and intention. If you're looking for more than just a place to stay, if you want warmth, soul, great food, and truly personal service, this is it. We left with a full heart, a happy stomach, and memories we will treasure forever. Already dreaming of coming back. "

"Everything was perfect!! The Staff was so courteous and welcoming. The Breakfast was 110% fresh and delicious. They let me borrow a converter to be able to use to plug in my curling iron. Simply the best experience! Thank you for everything"

"The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in with the most incredible view! Breakfast was amazing and included in the price. Hotel offers shuttle service to certain restaurants local to the area. The rooms were super nice and clean with amazing ocean views. Hotel also sold SITA bus tickets which was very helpful. Staff were helpful and informative. "

"My wife and I have an enjoyable and comfortable stay at the Nido degli Dei. Ms. Gabriella was such a nice owner of the hotel. She was sociable, caring and knowledgeable and spoke so good English. She specially made lemon-honey during breakfast to ease my coughing. Breakfast was great and view from the balcony was stunning."

"Our stay was wonderful - gorgeous grounds and view from the balcony. The staff was excellent. Using the saltwater pool in the afternoon was great, by elevator or steps. The "beach" is a concrete platform you can get into the sea if you're adventurous. Shuttle to village was OK though driving more convenient. There are restaurants and a beach that are walkable but lots of steps up or down. We'd go back."

"About 2000 feet above the Amalfi coast Road. Not terribly convenient unless you are driving or renting a car. But the switchback road from seafront up to the hotel is an adventure in itself. The views are stunning and the balcony/decks off of the rooms are bigger than most hotel decks For all of their clientele. Quite luxuriously appointed and immaculately maintained."

"This place is incredible! An amazing cliffside setting with direct access to the emerald water of the Mediterranean. However, because of its setting, there are a lot of stairs (not for those who are out of shape). There are 165 steps down to the accommodation from the main road (staff helped with luggage) and another 300 steps down to the water. That said, this is a spectacular location and a wonderful place to stay. Clean well-appointed rooms. We stayed in a room with our own deck area and private hot tub. Other rooms share a communal hot tub. Great made-to-order breakfast is included. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nearby restaurants within walking distance. Parking is very limited and driving and parking along the Amalfi Coast are tricky and tight. We drove and found parking along the road with our small car. Keep the hotel posted with your method of travel (car, driver, taxi, etc.) so that they can anticipate your arrival. Try lunch at the nearby seaside restaurant only accessible by the water (they will pick you up at the hotel dock area for free). Can't recommend this place enough."
