You and your family are going to have a wonderful time at this heated* pool home. 2 minute walk (6 houses down) to beach access!

Bonus Ground Floor Apartment: 1+1 with a queen bed and bath/shower combination. With 940 square feet, it has everything: living/dining area, stocked kitchen, full laundry, and even foosball. Smart TV in living room. Perfect space for those with limited mobility or for those wanting some extra space all their own.

Outside: Heated pool surrounded by a great deck area. Lounge chairs, picnic table with umbrella, and a lawn with a several classic games to provide a wide range of outdoor fun in the sun.

We provide everything you need so you can start enjoying your vacation right away:
- All bedroom and bath linens are provided.
- 6 towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and sand toys
- For the littles - high chair, umbrella stroller, and pack'n'play
- Paper products, linens, hand soap, and body wash
- Dish soap, laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs
- 6 adult bikes to enjoy the 12 miles of lovely bike paths on the island.
- Keurig with a variety of k-cups and selection of tea in both kitchens
- Variety of games, toys, and puzzles for rainy days
- 2 Paddleboards with adult life vests

*Please note: The pool will be heated Mar 15 - May 30 and Sept 15 - Nov 15. The heating does not function if temperatures drop below 55 degrees. The pool temperature will be set for 86 degrees, but the temperature can vary depending on weather.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time during our stay! There was a total of 14 of us and had plenty of room and space. Very close to the beach and the pool was awesome to have! The owner was also very accommodating and available whenever we had any issues or question! Would stay again!

Our family loved this property! So many amenities and peacfully decorated. We loved relaxing nights on the porch, swimming in the heated pool, and the quick stroll to the beach. Would definitely book this property again!

This house has an incredible location a block from the beach access point in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, it’s own crystal clean swimming pool and it’s stocked with dozens of games, WiFi, bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, & all the kitchen utensils necessary for a fabulous family gathering. Even better, the owner is incredibly responsive to any questions or suggestions. The separate basement apartment provided the necessary respite for grandparents to escape from grandkids . This is the perfect Emerald Isle place for a large family to enjoy a entertaining vacation!

This property had so many added value fun items—bikes, kayaks, corn hole, dvd (big selection), Kureg , toaster oven…they even set up a Christmas tree!

Emerald Isle vacation

Great house for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out and chill. The pool was a nice place to cool off and the beach just down the street. Host was always available to answer any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Really clean house with great location, layout is good and everyone fit comfortably. New appliances throughout and very well organized, maybe the best stocked (cleaning supplies, spices, coffee, etc.) that we’ve stayed in. Super nice owners and tried their very best to make our vacation special.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful location. Lots of room for our large family group. Having two ovens was helpful. Appreciated the bikes provided. Lovely screened in porch overlooking the pool. So close to the beach!

This home was spotless and had many amenities. The kitchen was well supplied with plenty of silverware, dishes and pots and pans. Other amenities included many games, DVDs, books, poll and beach equipment. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very nice. My granddaughters loved the chair swings in the living room. We would have liked a direct access from the first floor to the upstairs, especially since it rained often during our stay. Due to the weather, we were not able to enjoy the pool or backyard as much as we would have liked. The surrounding areas had several activities to do in the event of rain and the home was close to restaurants and grocery stores, but still felt very private.The hosts were very responsive and provided us with a list of dining and activity options. We would definitely stay in one of their homes again.

Amazingly well stocked home 1/2 block to the beach. Amenities were abundant for both indoor & outdoor play. Enough beds to sleep 12 people comfortably. Great week in a Great House!

We had a great stay at this property. 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 5-12. Easy walk to the beach. Bikes in the garage were enjoyed. Game room was fun. Plenty of space to do you own thing. We will stay again. Loved it.

Home away from home!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautifully decorated. The pool was amazing especially the lounging area, that we used for the grandkids like a kiddy pool! The house is very spacious, we had 9 adults and 3 children. Jennifer was amazing to work with and very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. I would highly recommend this property for all of your vacation needs.

Best place ever

We have rented at EI 20 years straight for our vacation. This is the best property we have ever used . Convenient to everything and the pool was the added bonus. Lots of room and the kitchen was stocked as well or better than home. Communication with the owners was awesome . Will definitely hope to rent again next summer

Stylish and cozy with space for everyone

This house was perfect for our extended family of five kids (4 yr -11 yr) and six adults. The layout allows for everyone to have privacy while enjoying ample shared spaces. The fully stocked beach gear, bikes, carts, life jackets were a HUGE plus. Can't wait to go back again!
