Down the hall from the living area is the master bedroom with King size bed.
Second floor has a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Just off the living area is the second floor bath with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.
Step out side on the 10 x 40 foot porch with gas grill and rocking chairs.
You can sit on the front porch and watch the ocean and listen the waves crashing.
There’s a private heated inground pool 14 x 36 .(There is a fee for heating the pool.)
Commercial park style charcoal grill, picnic table, and plenty of lounge chairs and seating for your party.
Just open the door from the pool and you are greeted with a entertaining area, with a large sectional sofa, and a 71 inch flat-screen TV.
There is a full-size refrigerator in the pool room.
Just down the hall from the pool room, is the kids bunk room that sleeps six.
At the end of the hall there’s a Master suite, with Queen bed
and full bath.

This beautiful beach home has 3000 ft.² with a large open floor plan.
All Bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.
This home was custom built for the owners so there’s a lot of extras: such as a soft water system, with osmosis drinking water, ( you can’t tell the difference from bottled water ).
So no more nasty beach water to drink or in your ice.
The home has a NEW washer and dryer on the second level just off the living area.
There’s a large covered porch to sit and listen to the waves, and feel the ocean breeze.

is professionally cleaned to meet all Covid guidelines.
The owners ensure that all guests have fresh linens, ( beds are made and ready to enjoy ).
In addition fresh towels are provided in all bathrooms, along with starter kits of shampoo, soap and toiletries.
The first and second floors are included in the vacation rental “ This Side Of Heaven “.
