Our beautifully updated ocean view condominium is located in the "Sound of the Sea" condominium complex in the heart of town. The condo is a 2 story walk up that has unobstructed views from the 2 private decks.

"Sound of the Sea" is a gated community with many amenities. Our spacious family-friendly unit is just steps from the beach. You can choose between our two pools, tennis courts or taking a stroll/bike ride on the 11-mile bike path, just outside the gate. Whether you are sunbathing, walking on the beach or enjoying an unforgettable sunset from the private balconies "Seas the Day" is a destination you won't soon forget!

No guest shall make or permit any disturbing noises or loud music after 10 pm. Tenant is responsible for tenant's family & guests obeying regulations.
There will be no rebate for breakdown of TV, internet, appliances, plumbing or other equipment. Repairs will be made ASAP.
The occupancy of this home is limited to the maximum number agreed to at the execution of the rental agreement. No pets of any kind are permitted.
