~1250 sq ft of beachside living space is just a few miles from shopping, restaurants, activities, and the Emerald Isle boat ramp. Your family or group can enjoy a very short walk to the beach or hop on the pedestrian path for a bike ride or morning jog. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening meal on the top floor oceanview deck.

Ground Level: Enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower and changing room. Gas Grill. A utility closet that has an additional refrigerator and full-size washer/dryer. The utility closet is shared with the east side, however, the washer/dryer is NOT shared.

First Floor: Private entrance to the duplex via keyless entry. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3. 1 full bathroom and one half bathroom. Oceanside decks off of bedrooms 1 and 2.

Second Floor: Main living space, kitchen, full bathroom as well as a desk with a chair. Ocean-side open deck with a table as well as chairs for enjoying the view or dining.

No Smoking of any kind, inside or outside the property. Additional cleaning fees apply.

No Pets. The owner does reside on the east side of the property most of the year. They do have a small dog.

No Parties/Events.

NO FIREWORKS. Emerald Isle town ordinances prohibit the use of fireworks within town limits and the beach strand.
