This 4 bedroom, 3 bath soundfront home also includes two kayaks, a paddleboard, pool table, and a separate downstairs living space, giving families plenty of ways to spread out and enjoy the coast.

PRIVATE DOCK + WATER ACCESS
Fish, clam, swim, kayak, or paddleboard right from the private dock.

Stairs at the dock landing make getting onto the water easy, and two kayaks and one paddleboard are provided for guest use.

Guests bringing a shallow-water or bay boat may reserve use of the Tide Tamer boat lift for an additional $600 per week. The lift accommodates boats up to 5,000 lbs., and a public boat ramp is located less than a mile away.

SOUNDFRONT DECKS + HOT TUB
Covered decks and patios on the first and second levels overlook Bogue Sound and are furnished with elevated Adirondack captain's chairs.

Relax in the soundfront hot tub, enjoy music through the indoor/outdoor Sonos system, or settle in outside as the sun goes down over the water.
